Pivotage Consulting, a leading HR consulting firm, is offering a *12-month rotational Graduate Trainee Programme* in Human Resources with practical exposure to recruitment, training, HR consulting, compliance, performance management and more.
This is a *paid internship / trainee programme* designed to develop young graduates into HR experts.

What You Will Learn:
- In-depth understanding of the recruitment process - sourcing, interviewing, onboarding
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment/retention strategies
- Creating and delivering training programs - design, development, execution
- Performance management - goal setting, evaluations, performance reviews
- HR policy development and documentation for legal compliance
- Managing employee records and HR data analysis
- Tracking workforce metrics and providing process improvement recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least *1 year of work experience* in any field (0-1 year accepted)
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow in HR
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate proactive approach
- Basic HR knowledge is an advantage, but *not compulsory*
