- Bachelor's degree in quantitative or health-related discipline
- Citizen or permanent resident of sub-Saharan African country
- Early-career professional interested in health research/data analysis
- Good quantitative skills and English command
- Basic knowledge of statistical software
- Commitment to career in health data science in Africa
